Order Tracking

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Unboxing video and clear product images are mandatory for verification

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products

• Products without original packaging

• Ayurvedic supplements, oils, powders, or personal care products once opened

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received & inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

• COD orders will receive refunds via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Exchange Policy
